Connecting Fingers & Shoulders - 23 min
This snack explores a very gentle rotational movement of one hand only! This allows you to compare the two sides so you can really feel the impact! This was recorded at an open house event. Join us next time for more!
Turning in Sitting - 21 min
This snack works with the movements of turning to look over the shoulder. What does this have to do with your playing? Well, if you play a stringed instrument, it works with the rotation of the spine which is involved in bowing. If you play piano, these movements ensure that the spine and ribs are supple and responsive to the movements of the arms and hands.
Welding with the Breath - 18 min
This snack boosts mobility of the ribs and torso through gently directed movements of breathing. It also improves awareness of how we breathe!
